Our Goal
Our goal is to bring an affordable, fast and reliable Internet service to the homes in Butano Canyon. Coastside.Net has constructed a brand new fiber-optic network in the Butano neighborhood. The network is connected to the Internet via high speed fixed wireless service from the top of the ridge.
Service Plans
There are two service levels available to choose from:

Installation Cost
There is a one-time fee of $550.00 for service installation. Installation includes running a fiber optic cable from one of our fiber terminalsto the house, and interior install including a Wi-Fi router that is included with the service.
Service Contract
There is a 12 month contract for Tier 1 and Tier 2 service. If service is cancelled prior to the 12 month term an early termination fee (ETF) of $550 will apply. After 1 year the service is month-to-month. It is possible to sign-up for installation only and not commit to a monthly service plan, this would allow you (and your neighbors) to benefit from the installation volume discount and you could activate monthly service at a later time.

Registrants for the installation and/or monthly service will be subject to our standard Terms and Conditions for residential Internet service.
